It’s day one of my 6 week transformation. I had plain oats for breakfast with skim milk. Yuck. Lunch comes with two hard boiled eggs and four strawberries. It’s a sad day in the world of dieting. When I go home tonight, I will take those dreaded “before” pics. Bearing in mind, this is the biggest I’ve been in my life with the exception of my third trimester in pregnancy. Forgive me if I attempt to suck in my belly. No! The point of this is to see my transformation right? I’ll start day one of my exercise plan. “Run nonstop for 20 minutes”. Ew. I’m not even sure I can run for 2 minutes let alone 20. I’ll post snaps of my suffering throughout the journey. Stay posted – they’re sure to provide a laugh.
